Plate cutting
After the raw materials arrive, the plates are cut into suitable shapes according to the product drawings for processing and production.
Bending
Bend or roll the plates to a suitable curvature for welding together.
Welding
After bending, weld the plates and accessories together according to the drawings.
Polishing
Polishing to make the tank surface smooth, flat and clean.
Pickle cleaning
By pickling, the surface of stainless steel can be made more uniform and smooth, improving its aesthetics and corrosion resistance.
Pressure testing
Pressure test ensures stainless steel water tank is leak-proof, structurally sound, and safe for use under normal operating conditions.
